Of course. Once you have started your first project, you will be able to enter your WebApp and check the progress status of the digital project entrusted to Halkoo in real time.
In addition, as soon as possible, you will receive a communication with access credentials to your new website, e-commerce or management system so that you can start testing it.
Each project has a different timeframe. Depending on the requirements and the difficulty of development, you will be given a deadline in the quotation phase, which you can also check in the WebApp.
Absolutely YES. You can request changes or the implementation of new features to your digital project at any time via the WebApp.
An estimate will be generated within 48 working hours and, if accepted, I will proceed with the realisation of what was requested.
Absolutely YES. All estimates include a subscription to a verified Partner for GDPR management.
This means that Halkoo will take care of the integration of the solution into your project.
The GDPR Compliance solution includes banners, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Terms and Conditions and consent register.
For small projects, payment is required upon delivery.
For larger projects or for collaborations with agencies, the amount is divided into two equal instalments to be paid one at the start of work and the last one after delivery.
The only payment method currently accepted is Bank Transfer.
