A ticket is a request for assistance that a Halkoo customer can open to receive information and help on a service or project.

02. How much does the service cost?

All Halkoo customers have the Ticket service included in their account. This means that after starting a project, it is possible to request assistance on it at any time.

03. How soon do I receive a reply?

You will generally receive a response in a very short time. If the support ticket is opened on a Saturday or Sunday, you may receive a response on Monday.

 

In each case we guarantee a response within 48 working hours to each ticket.

04. How do I access the WebApp?

To access the Halkoo WebApp you received an e-mail with your credentials. If you do not remember your password, you can request a reset from the login page.
